Program Information

In the rural outskirts of the city of Watsonville, at the foot of the Redwood forested Coastal Mountain Range in Central California, Amesti Elementary School is located in the fertile Pajaro River Valley- one of the eleven watersheds of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary.

Amesti is a kindergarten through 5th grade public elementary school, with a diverse multicultural and multilingual student body of almost 650. Our community actively engages the rich cultural, linguistic and artistic resources of our Hispanic, Filipino, Portuguese, Italian, Yugoslavian, Japanese, Afro-American, Caucasian, and Native American heritages.
