Community Human Services - Off. Main Clinic

Organization Description

Addiction, mental illness and homelessness destroy lives and weaken families, therefore Community Human Services (CHS) provides people of all ages with the tools and support to overcome these challenges and create lasting change in their lives.

Program Information

Clinic serves approximately 160 clients each day between 6:30am and 1:00pm. Each client is assigned to a peer counselor who provides case management services, advocacy, etc. Students would be able to assist with patient surveys, translate clinic handbook to Spanish, and assist with the development of new patient orientation program and new Hepatitis C support group.
