Organization Description

The UFW organizes to end poverty and empower workers to advance economic and social conditions within rural and Latino communities. The Research Department supports strategy development and farm worker/community organizing by investigating and developing issues to strengthen the effectiveness of union campaigns.

Program Information

Partial organizing and/or mobilizing of farm workers and gathering informatiopn needed to make decisions to where to organize for a collective bargaining agreement.
