Organization Description
MISSION: Safe Kids Stanislaus (SKS) is dedicated to the prevention of unintentional injury to children 0-19 years old through education, advocacy, enforcement and environmental changes. Safe Kids Stanislaus is a member of Safe Kids Worldwide, a global network of organizations dedicated to preventing unintentional injury. Safe Kids Stanislaus was founded in 2012 and is co led by Doctors Medical Center and Police Activities League. The risk areas we focus on include child passenger safety, water, pedestrian, bicycle, medication and teen driving.
