Tasks/activities students will be performing for this opportunity: Develop, record, and edit exercise routines, host Zoom meetings, teach correct movement techniques, and assist with office hours.

By the end of this opportunity, students will have learned: Movement technique evaluation, demonstrate leadership through communication, develop coaching skills.
