Organization Description

Jared Berg (President), a native of Portland, Oregon, has been diving since 2001 and is a PADI Master Instructor, as well as an ANDI Instructor for advanced Nitrox and Air 50. He holds a 100-ton Master's licence with the United States Coast Guard and captains several of the dive boats that serve Monterey Bay's dive community.

Since 2008, Jared has owned and operated Monterey Bay Diving, assembling a dedicated group of technicians with a combined experience of over 30 years repairing and maintaining regulators, BCDs, and all things scuba. All here share Jared's passion for diving, and a keen appreciation for the importance of the service that we provide - especially with divers' safety and confidence in mind.
