Organization Description
Our mission is to guide middle school students growing up in a challenging urban enviorments to recognize and reach their full potential as members of our community. Through the school based team approach to mentoring, young adolescents are given the tools and support necessary to make positive choices during the critical period in their lives.
Health & Safety
There are no risks associated with placement inside the classroom setting. Volunteers will be working with school based curriculm that mirrors LAUSD polices. Risks associated with placement outside of the facilitymay include slips and falls, students name calling or using foul language, working with at risk middle school youth.
