iMusic United Foundation
iMusic United Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, founded on teh philosophy that music is an integral and invaluable part of life and the human expierence. Our operations consist of five independant yet interdependant pursuits that include developing new music curricula, creating five independant yet interdependant pursuitss that include developing new music curricula, creating live performances to promote music and culture, encouraging the exchange of new ideas among music educators, coaching various workshops to educators/professional artists and providing scholarships to music education programs for underpriviledged children. By underwriting music education for students and professionals alike, we at the iMusic Foundation hope to improve the quality of life for those individuals we serve as well as enhance the long-term cultural developmetn of the community as a whole.
It is the foundation's policy to conduct programs and activities in a manner that does not impose an unreasonable risk or loss or injury. Activities in which there are or may be joint or shared responsibility. and liability with respect to contracts, employment, occupancy of premises or oversight of the facilities, programs or services between teh Foundation and or other entity. Th eexclusion of risks or activities which the foundation is clearly unwilling to undertake under any and all consitions, including those which may be prohibited or pose sucha high degree of risk as to jeapordize the feasibility of the activity or constitute a threat to the foundation. There may be disasters, which there are often follow natural hazards.
