After or during the orientation, cases will be assigned to the intern. Interns will shadow staff, make home visits, interview clients, conduct psychosocial assessments, develop a care plan, provide case management services, arrange, collaborate with the physician, law enforcement, and monitor formal and informal supportive services within Aging and Adult Services and the community, attend the Multi Disciplinary Team, Elder Death Review Team, Hoarding Task Force and Adult Abuse Prevention Collaborative meetings.
