"You probably won't find another environment like ADHC. It is a great environment for beginners or individuals who have not had any experience, for it is very hands-on and allows you to figure out what methods work best for you."

"This site really values intrapersonal relationships with the clients. At first, it may seem like you are just thrown out to the wolves, but Brian is always there to guide you and ensure that you are doing tasks you feel comfortable with. Brian will give diverse lectures that are very interesting and you can learn a lot from."

"The ADHC is a unique clinic, it is not as much about the evaluation because many of the participants have been there for years or will be coming for years. The work we do is to maintain a current standard of living or improve it over time."

"One thing I must emphasize is that working at the Mad River ADHC is very very hands-on."

"At the ADHC, you will be in contact with people who have varying degrees of disability and you will be in physical contact with them."

"The site manager, Brian Julian, is an excellent boss who is both supportive and knowledgeable. Brian is very compassionate and emphasizes developing interpersonal relationships with the participants, which I have learned makes them much more receptive to your help."
