Program Information

Kaiser Vallejo Hospice, a division within Home Healthcare at Kaiser Vallejo Hospital, serves terminally ill patients and their families. The interns assigned to this unit will be working with the bereavement coordinator to provide individual and group bereavement counseling and support, and telephone assessments of hospice bereaved.
