Adolfo Transitional Housing Program for  Youth provides services for up to 58 youth, up to age 25, who are emancipated from foster care.  Participants may receive transitional housing services for up to 36 months.  The ultimate objective of the program is to facilitate self-sufficiency by improving each youth's education, job and living skills and level of functioning.

Background/Fingerprints will be an additional cost. $10.00
