California Health Collaborative MSSP

Program Information

The Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) at California Health Collaborative serves low-income seniors, 65 and older, who qualify for Medi-Cal with no share-of-cost and need assistance with 3 or more daily living tasks.  The MSSP works in a multi-disciplinary team of social workers and nurses in order to address the holistic needs of participants.  Staff and interns provide case management, advocacy, linkage to services, and care coordination but do not provide any hands-on care.

Personal vehicle is required.

There are no fees for parking but interns do need to be prepared to park on the street and to move cars as needed in order to avoid tickets.
