Organization Description

Hamilton United Methodist Church Summer Day Camp objectives are to provide children ages 3-12 years with a positive developmental summer camp experience. We provide remediation and enrichment activities to enhance student performance (academic) and self-esteem.

Program Information

Our summer camp experience emphazizes reading enricment, Activities includes a reading component the enrichement activities offeref are cooking, gardening, and music and nutrition. There will be weekly field trips to the library (children will obtain a library card)l and museams, parks and we offer swimming on the premises.

Health & Safety

The volunteers will be asked to do a background check via sade Sactuary the VMC conference partner. It is an online process. The fee will be covered by Hamilton VMC. Volunteers shoud contact Ronda Benware Day Camp Coordinator (310)991-5969.
