Manzanar National Historic Site
Organization Description
Dr. Lyon is an expert in Japanese American history, public history, and historic interpretation and preservation. She partners with Manzanar National Historic Site to provide opportunities for student service learning on public archaeology projects at the site. Dr. Lyon has also completed oral history projects for Manzanar NHS as a contracted expert, and volunteers at the annual pilgrimage as a subject-area expert.
