Program Information Covina Development Center is a Earlycare and Education Preschool program for children with and without special needs ages Birth through Kindergarten. Approximately 30 % of the children have an identified special needs and the children 3-5 years have a Non Public school Kindergarten program available to them. All classes are fully inclusive. Program needs a teacher with a Moderate to Severe special education credential for the Non Public School Kindergarten. Approx. 30 hours per week Monday through Friday. 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Year around
