Program Information Kaiser Permanente of Orange County provides Hospice Home Care services for patients who are homebound as defined by Medicare guidelings. Services provided in the patients' home or an RCFE. Although our office is located in Tustin we serve patient within a 50 miles radius and interns/volunteers will be assigned a patient near their home.
