We are seeking energetic, competitive, and driven individuals to play a key role in our growth. We have an opening at our Irvine and Walnut Creek offices for a candidate for our Sales & Management Development Program. This opportunity has tremendous growth potential and it is a chance to be in on the ground floor of a rapidly expanding company. This position provides a solid career path for promotion to either a General Manager of one of our locations or a Sales Manager based on the skills and career ambitions of the Sales & Management Trainee. 24Hr Homecare is based on promotion from within philosophy and this position is a great opportunity for the right individual.
Job responsibilities will include:
-Assist in sales/marketing of services to potential clients
-Foster relationships with current sales sources (Hospitals, Doctor's Offices, etc.)
-Assist sales team in account acquisition
-Manage healthcare professionals and place them on assignments
-Resolve customer service issues
-Recruitment of external staff through various sources such as the internet, referrals, nursing school presentations etc.
-Assist in the hiring process (interviews, background checks, reference checks etc.)
-General office operations
