Program Information Khmer Parent Association (KPA) was founded in 1995 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission of conducting leadership development of Khmer youth, women, and their families through service, empowerment, and advocacy. KPA envisions a strong, healthy, and empowered community in Long Beach through a comprehensive approach to the health and well-being of low-income and underserved families.
