Program Information Company is looking for a qualified intern to join our real estate investment group in Diamond Bar, CA. Our investment group actively acquires, remodels, and divests residential and multi-unit income properties in the Southern California area, and seeks an intern who can participate in various stages of the acquisition process. This individual will learn a variety of real estate strategies and assist in the identification, acquisition and divesting of real property.
This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of real estate evaluation, sales, and marketing. The intern also should be energetic, ambitious, personable, and intelligent.
