Program Information The Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) represents the best of today's fire service. It is a progressive organization that has earned a reputation for excellence. The OCFA is a joint powers authority that serves 23 partner cities and the unincorporated areas in Orange County. The OCFA provides fire, emergency medical and rescue, fire prevention and hazardous materials response services to residents from its 71 fire stations throughout Orange County.
