Program Information Angel Step Up opened its doors as a resource center to provide advocacy and supportive services to LGBTQ victims/survivors of intimate partner violence. Supportive services Angel Step Up provides are Counseling, Legal Advocacy, Victim Compensation Assistance, and Restraining Orders.
