Program Information The National Latino Cosmetology Association foundation (NLCA foundation) is a nonprofit 501(3) c that supports the missions, programs, and activities of the National Latino Cosmetology Association (NLCA) and was created in 2006 to serve the educational and research needs of the beauty industry. The NLCA foundation's mission is: Our belief that every life has equal value is the core of our work at the foundation and at the same time improving and enhancing the value of the beauty industry.
