Program Description:
Sutter Health Care Coordination Social Work Internship Program provides MSW 1st and 2nd year students to connect and integrate social work theory and practice in the Hospital/Healthcare Settings.

Populations and Clientele Served:
Adult Populations, complex cases, homeless. Specific Hospitals have Pediatrics and Neonatal ICU.

County Network, Social and Health Agency Network, Readmissions.

Intern Assignments and Learning Opportunities:
Mandated Reporting, HIPAA, Complex Cases, Community Resources, Biopsychosocial Assessments, Intro to Basic DSM-IV Diagnosis
