The goal of hospice care is for the patient to remain as comfortable and pain-free as possible in their own home or the home of a loved one through the end of life. Hospice care can also be provided in a long-term care facility or an assisted living facility. Meeting the patient where they are on any given day and to make sure they maintain dignity and respect until the end. We are seeking students to work with us in a volunteer capacity and see our patients for presence and companionship. We provide the training, support your school schedule and work with you personally to make sure you get the maximum hours needed to complete your degree.
