Organization Description

Invest In Me, is a non-profit organization focused on self-empowerment, leadership, and civic-engagement in Stanislaus County. Invest In Me provides participants with opportunities for self-development and growth on a person and professional level, build skills to become leaders in their school and communities, and provide guidance and mentorship to support a successful transition to education and/or career path.

 

Due to COVID-19 we have virtual placement opportunities.

Program Information

Interns may have opportunities to attend training on topics such as: mental health, outreach and youth development, restorative justice, etc. depending on availbility and funding. Interns will be coached and mentored by staff at all times. There will be a orientation in the beginning of the Fiscal Year.

Due to COVID-19 we are accepting virtual placements.

Health & Safety

During workshops an array of topics and conversations may arise during discussion. It's expected students (interns) to remain sensitive and respectful to participants.
