Program Information Pasadena Liver Center sees patients with Cirrhosis, Hepatic Encephalopathy, Hepatitis, Hepatitis B, Fatty Liver Disease, Hepatitis C, and Liver Cancer. Procedures such as Fibroscan and Liver Biopsies are obtained. California Liver Research Institute conducts Phase II and Phase III trials which are double blinded placebo trials. This involves taking investigational medication on a daily basis. The patients are closely monitored with follow-up visits. Labs are performed every four weeks. We are affiliated with Huntington Hospital, USC Liver Transplant Team, and Cedars Sinai Liver Transplant Team.
