Media Assistant Intern Job Description

• Duties and Responsibilites:  
  • Process digital photos, videos, artwork for posting to client social media platforms. Post approved media (photo, art, video) & text to client social media platforms. Compose and distribute press releases, commercials, newsletters as ability allows.
  • Arrive on time per schedule agreed upon. Comport themselves in a pleasant and professional manner at all time.
• Skills and Specifications:
  • Intern must have amid to high level working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media Platforms and the internet.
• Education and Qualification:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent. Prefer that Intern has a Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Commerical Art or English emphasis as thier college declaration.
• Wage:
  • $12.50 per hour paid on the 5th and 20th of each month by check or though direct deposit depending on what the staff member chooses.
• Reporting Relationship of the Particular Placement:
  • The Intern reports directly to Marlene Champlin, owner of Campbell Advertising and Productions and will work closely with the company Administrative Assistant. The Intern may be part of weekly team meetings/training as schedule permits or a weekly meeting that will be customized for them.

Special Requirement: Confidentiality Agreement

Training Process: Initial orientation includes verbal explanation of postion and duties, plus employee manual. Specific for the position individual training up to 2 hour per week for the first 4 weeks. 1 hour weekly team training inclusive with the rest of employees/vendors.
