Rancho Cielo Youth Campus

Organization Description

About: Rancho Cielo is a comprehensive learning and social services center for underserved youth in Monterey County. Established in 2000, we are a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Residing on 100 acres and encompassing two lakes, stables and a cultivated garden, Rancho Cielo is also a restored piece of Salinas Valley natural history.

Combining the rich resources of the natural landscape with the creative partnerships forged between local community, educational and law enforcement agencies, we aim to enrich the lives of young people who walk through our gates.

Mission: To partner with our community to provide a safe campus to deliver programs and services that inspire at risk youth to learn new skills, gain self-esteem and confidence.

Vision:To transform the lives of at-risk youth and empower them to become accountable, competent, productive and responsible citizens.

Bringing together public agencies, community based organizations and concerned citizens we aim to design and implement a comprehensive set of services and programs in support of our Vision. These services and programs will provide the support and alternative activities needed to stem the rising rate of juvenile crime in Monterey County and the surrounding area.
