Program Information Description Karla Dennis and Associates Inc. is a full service consultancy firm. Our founder is a well-known tax and accounting strategist as well as experienced presenter speaking on major stages to business owners and individuals. KDA Inc. is growing and we are expanding our marketing team. We are looking for four interns who will be considered for full time employment. We are not just an ordinary tax firm that handles accounting for mid to small size businesses, we do everything from pay their bills and collect their income to full service financial statements. We issue profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow statements and notes to the financials. We also offer income tax preparation, payroll, audit services and investments for individuals and businesses. Responsibilities - Sorting through our database and categorizing our customer types to help gather proper demographic information - Manage and run marketing campaigns to ensure that our leads are in the right campaigns based on their immediate needs. - Brand Management - help reinforce and establish our brand management guide - Prepare passive marketing collateral - Attend marketing events as your schedule permits to learn grass roots networking - Call potential customers and set appointments for the sales team - Review ad buying with marketing team and help analyze return on investment - Integrate our brand across the latest social media platforms - Run events and other marketing strategies - Help create ads and marketing postcards - Brainstorm with the CEO and Marketing team on unique ideas Requirements The individuals who are given this internship must be excellent communicators and have a good work ethic. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and learn grass roots marketing tactics from our CEO who has ran sales and marketing departments for well-known companies building them from the ground up. You must be able to commit to a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week and have a real desire to learn all angles of marketing. Must be a quick learner and be able to work independently as well as on a team. Must be local and able to come into the office. Interns must be able to commit to the entire six month internship in order to receive recommendation letter and be eligible for hire. Must have own lap top computer.
