Organization Description

The Co-Op program is a long-term internship program. Co-Op students are hired by the Cal Poly Pomona Foundation working at the following sites: MWD Los Angeles, MWD La Verne, Cal Fire or LA County Public Works. Students who select this site are CPP Co-Op students who have registered for an academic internship course, to fulfill the Co-Op program requirements.

Program Information

For more than a decade, the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, Los Angeles have offered Co-Op Program students practical hands-on practice related to their majors.  Upon graduation, these Co-Op Program students have been offered excellent employment positions, including benefits packages.
