Organization Description

Our multi-site Community Health Centers feature several locations in Berkeley, Oakland, Richmond, San Pablo and Novato. Our health centers provide a wide range of services. LifeLong Medical Care gives people access to other integrated services that promote wellness. In addition to the examples below, we provide many other positive, life-enhancing programs.  It’s all part of our commitment to give everyone a chance at a healthy life, and to do so in a compassionate and accepting way towards all individuals.

Program Information

Possible responsbilities include working in a community and urban clinic setting ( Lifelong Medical Care, Supported Housing). Some medical assistant duties, developing health education material and instructing insured and uninsured patients with mental health issues. Some work may include the ability to expand learning to Drug Assistance Program, Pharmacy Program, shadowing RN staff, working 1:1 with Nurse Practitioner and learning health care management systems to track chronic diseases.
