Organization Description

TTSE provides science-based comprehensive educational programs to youth and adults to help teens make the healthy choices that will result in lower rates of teen pregnancy and STD/HIV in the community. TTSE serves as a resource locally and statewide in the field of sexuality education, teen pregnancy prevention and parent communication. Teen Talk Sexuality Education is a non-profit. The Mission of Teen Talk Sexuality Education (TTSE) is to provide science-based comprehensive educational programs to youth and adults to help teens make the healthy choices that will result in lower rates of teen pregnancy and STD/HIV in the community.

Program Information

Intern would observe and possibly help facilitate our Teen Talk, comprehensive sexuality education programs. Review and assist in evaluation of the Teen Talk, Middle School and Teen Talk, High School curriculum as well as our newest curriculum, Puberty Talk. Assist in our social media projects and attend health and safety fairs. General office administration, management and data entry. Participate in organizing our Puberty Talk Teacher Training on March 13, 2013. Some assistance with our Teen Success program (pregnant and parenting teens support groups) will be included.
