Organization Description

The UCSF Family Medicine Center at Lakeshore offers primary care for patients of all ages including infants, children, adults and seniors. At Lakeshore, doctors provide a wide range of primary care services including, preventive medicine, care of ongoing chronic illnesses and treatment of acute or serious problems. Services include primary care for adults and children, prenatal care and dermatology.When a patient needs more specialized care such as laboratory, X-ray or emergency services, the staff at Lakeshore refers patients to the appropriate specialist and department at UCSF Medical Center.

Program Information

Work will include: Update displays for educating patients and staff develop health education materials, Identify health education/community resources, Co-author a newsletter for patients, Assist with planning & implementation of health fair Employee Engagement: develop a survey to assess employee satisfaction and engagement conduct interviews with various staff members observe clinic operations and staff engagement/satisfaction, analyze results and provide recommendations.
