Health & Safety

Students need to have these before they start:
(1) Physical, (2) Lab Work, (3) TB test, and (4) proof of immunizations for: Course 3 Hepatitis B; Course 2 Measles, Mumps and rubella, 2 chickenpox vaccines or doctors documentation of actual case of chickenpox, tetanus, diphtheria and Pertussis vaccine--within the last 10 years, and current flue vaccine.
