Organization Description
BAY Positives mission is to help young people, ages 14 to 26, living with HIV/AIDS live longer, happier, healthier, more productive and quality-filled lives. We provide counseling and support services for HIV positive youth in the San Francisco Bay Area. These services include a drop in center, support groups, one-on-one counseling, treatment adherence programs, referral programs, recruitment and linkage programs, outreach and education programs to high schools, colleges, universities, and community based organizations.
Program Information
Some administrative and standard office work (Phones, Fax, etc.) Providing referral and support for HIV youth when they access the drop in center Complete intakes for new clients and enter information into database Design and implement outreach and education strategy Collect and analyse client data from files over the past decade. Design and implement evaluation tools for the program BAY Positives is also willing to consult with interns to come with a project that is mutually beneficial
