Organization Description

HealthFirst Center for Prevention and Education supports patients with chronic illnesses in a primary care setting and improves the quality of care. To do this, we offer the community access to prevention, outreach, and education services.

Program Information

Interns must complete a minimum of a 4 hour shift each day of internship. Each intern will be assigned to a project based on their interests and strengths identified in the preliminary interview. Projects range from assisting in creating policies and procedues, assisting in organizing clinic activities, and assisting with clinic processes/procedures.
