Organization Description

The mission of St. Maria Goretti Catholic School Community is to serve God by providing a challenging liberal arts academic education integrated with Catholic values, developing the whole person spiritually, intellectually, physically, and socially.

Program Information

St. Maria Goretti School is a TK through 8 Private Elementary School. There are 200 students and twenty-five employees. The curriculum is common core and content standard based. The school provides Spanish, music, and physical education classes in addition to the core subjects taught. The school is WASC/WCEA Accredited.

Health & Safety

The students are ages four to twelve.

Some students are not allowed to be photographed. Interns will refer to the teacher if they want to film a particular student. Teachers have signed consent forms.

The teacher and principal will monitor the students when they intern. The students will never be without a staff member when working with children.
