Program Information Short-term crisis intervention program for teens. At the Laguna Beach Youth Shelter, residents participate in all of the daily program activities such as individual and group counseling, family therapy, life skills and other educational groups. Our goal of the program is to help stabilize the kids and reunify them with their families.
