Organization Description

Diversity Collective Ventura County is a community based non profit 501c3 organization.  Our mission is to provide advocacy, visibility, safety, and wellness for the LGBTQ+ community. Our vision is a Ventura County community where LGBTQ+ individuals, inclusive of all intersecting identities, have immediate access to needed services, are celebrated, and treated with equity and respect.

Health & Safety

Students will go through general orientation and administration training as well as social advocacy and cultural competency trainings. 

There are times when confidentiality is required regarding clients who visit the center. The facility is also a shared space with other community partners and clients waiting in the lobby may be there to see another organization.
