Internship Position Description

• Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatment
• Support office staff with clerical/reception duties.

Experience to be Gained

• The student will be mostly shadowing our physical therapist and their assistants throughout the treatment of each one of our patients.
• The student will learn proper procedures and protocols as well as different techniques and treatments. 
• Student will also learn about terminology, equipment, exercises and treatment for different conditions.

Desired Qualifications

Kinesiology and/or Biological Science Major

Is this a paid internship? No

Hours per Week: TBD
