Organization Description

County Government providing a wide range of services. Departments include Health & Human Services, Information Services, Sheriff, Probation, District Attorney, Planning, Public Works, Parks, Elections, Personnel, Assessor, Auditor- Controller- Treasurer- Tax Collector, Agricultural Extension, County Administrative Office, and numerous others.

Program Information

HPHP is a full service, primary care health center, serving the needs of the homeless and low-income populations of Santa Cruz County. Along with our full staff of medical professionals, we employ social workers, Mental Health Client Specialists, Integrated Behavioral Health Counselors (therapists), Benefits Workers and Support Staff, to meet the needs of our clients.
