Students at this site will assist kitchen staff, visit school sites to do time and motion studies

Health & Safety

Handling of heavity items occurs occassionally; risks associated with those in a kitchen; loud noises; contimants with trucks that leave the main kitchen area; subject to heat and cold

A food handler's certificate is required. Negative TB test is required.
