2. To ensure that both the University and community organization observe all rules, regulations, and procedures in place with their respective organizations, we require that a designated representative attend a Community Organization Partnership Training. I accept

3. If the University determines it necessary to request a site(s) visit by a University Representative prior to entering into an Internship/Service Learning Agreement, will your organization comply? I accept
