Program Information Its a Residential Care Facilities for Elderly. We cater to clientele ages 60 and older. We are a stepped down facility from SNF or houses that are not able to provide care for themselves and or their loved ones. Services include: Medication administration, Helping with ADL's, ROM's, we have in house Home Health Services (Physical Therapy, Occupation therapy) and Hospice Services. We are a private organization but long term insurance may be acceptable.
