Program Information North Orange Continuing Education (NOCE) is a standalone noncredit institution that provides services and low-cost/free coursework for community members. NOCE is a part of the North Orange Community College District (NOCCCD) and works in collaboration with other district schools, Fullerton College and Cypress College. Students are able to receive career technical education and certificates, complete their high school diploma, receive specialized coursework for students with disabilities, take coursework in ESL and citizenship, prepare for the GED/Hi-Set, and participate in school activities.
