Spondylitis Association of America

Spondylitis Association of America is a national patient advocacy organization. We dedicate all of our resources to advancing spondylitis research, providing educational programs and support services that enrich the lives of those with AS and related diseases. SAA will set up a teaching module that would be delivered to student on college campus clinics to teach clinic staff to "think spondyloarthritis" when specific criteria would be met. Immediate goal is to acquaint the college campus clinics to be aware of the diagnostic criteria for recognizing spondyloarthritis. Wall posters for the clinic rooms, brochures and resource contacts. SAA will setup lunch time meetings in the health clinics on campus and provide guest speakers to discuss the importance of early diagnosis.
