Teacher Assistant for Prof. Tawfik-YoussefAt — CSUF - College of Humanities & Social Science

The TA has several duties in class: helping students understand difficult material, TA grade some assignments, TA have office hours and create some in class activities.

The requirements to TA are to have taken the class before and received an A in the class. 

- stay on track with grading
- efficiently communicating with me and the students
- following up with students with difficulties
- creating study material
- managing different tasks at once

Training:

- weekly meetings
- regular in class observation
- give them great responsibilities

Learning Outcomes:

-Learn to create activity material on their own
-be responsible to fulfill their duties
- time management skills
- creating connections with students
