Cricket's Hope

Cricket's Hope:

·         A strength based prevention, education and healing program for children affected by trauma and chaos using Camp, art and specialized programming to help children become the best and most resilient people they can be. 

·        Our goal is to build relationships with children that have suffered in their homes and environments from a mixture of child abuse, domestic violence and/or drug and alcohol abuse, loss of a loved one, or other like trauma. 

·        Currently Cricket’s Hope, offering a multi-site outreach program of restorative care classes (our Art Restores Kids Program), works with 200+ children during the school year and provides summer camp to a portion of these students.

·        Cricket’s Hope lovingly builds resilience in children using restorative and trauma informed practices. We believe “Where there is love, there is hope.”

·        What sets us apart the most is that we are focused on "real needs (because it's necessary)" but also "felt needs (because it is important and hope giving)". We are not focused on the amount of clients we serve rather the manner in which we serve them.  Going deeper based on what the child needs rather than what we and others think they need.
