Program Information Bithiah's House is a Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program for infants and toddlers in Foster Care. We specialize in the Emotionally Disturbed and Medically Fragile, harder to place children that do not require a hospital setting, but require a higher level of care than a typical foster home. We provide in house medical treatment and therapy and round the clock care.
